Precision kiln drying for sawmills.
Green to a stable 6–8% moisture content — stress-relieved and check-free.
Built to serve mills across the region — bring us green lumber straight off the saw, and we'll dry it stable and fast so you can sell it sooner.
How it works
Three steps from green to ready
Kilns run in batches. You reserve space in an upcoming load, drop off your lumber, and pick it up dried, stable, and graded.
Reserve & drop off
Tell us your species, thickness, and board footage and we'll put you on the next available load. Bring it green, straight off the mill.
We dry it right
A controlled schedule of heat, airflow, and humidity brings your wood to a stable 6–8% moisture content, finished with a stress-relief step so it stays flat.
Pick it up
We meter every load and text you when it's done. A deposit reserves your spot at drop-off, balance at pickup.
Why kiln dry
Lumber that stays put
You know what air-drying costs you — a year or more with money lying on the ground. A kiln gets you to a stable, sellable moisture content in a matter of weeks, so you turn stacked board feet into income faster.
Stable 6–8% moisture content
The range cabinetry, flooring, and furniture need so the wood won't move, cup, or check after it's built.
Bug- and mold-free
Our schedule brings the core past 130–160°F — killing insects, larvae, eggs, and most mold. No chemicals.
Stress-relieved
A conditioning step relieves internal drying stress so boards don't case-harden or warp on you.
Hardwood & live-edge slabs
From dimensional hardwood to wide live-edge slabs — we're set up to dry them all.
What we dry
Sized for sawmill production
Dimensional hardwood, wide live-edge slabs, mantles, beams and posts. Custom or oversized pieces? Just ask.
