Precision kiln drying for sawmills and woodworkers.
Green to a stable 6–8% moisture content — stress-relieved, check-free, batch after batch.
Sawmills and woodworkers across the region bring us green lumber and slabs. We dry it right — and let you know the moment it's ready.
How it works
Three steps from green to ready
Kilns run in batches. You reserve space in an upcoming load, drop off your lumber, and pick it up dried, stable, and graded.
Reserve & drop off
Tell us your species, thickness, and board footage and we'll put you on the next available load. Bring it green, straight off the mill.
We dry it right
A controlled schedule of heat, airflow, and humidity brings your wood to a stable 6–8% moisture content, finished with a stress-relief step so it stays flat.
Pick it up
We meter every load and text you when it's done. 50% due at drop-off, balance at pickup — easy Zelle payment.
Why kiln dry
Lumber that stays put
Air-drying takes 8–16 months and never gets you below the moisture content a heated building needs. A kiln gets there in weeks — consistently.
Stable 6–8% moisture content
The range cabinetry, flooring, and furniture need so the wood won't move, cup, or check after it's built.
Bug- and mold-free
Our schedule brings the core past 130–160°F — killing insects, larvae, eggs, and most mold. No chemicals.
Stress-relieved
A conditioning step relieves internal drying stress so boards don't case-harden or warp on you.
Softwood, hardwood & slabs
From pine dimensional stock to wide live-edge slabs — we run them all, year round.
Capacity
Built for production volume
Sized for mills, not just hobby loads. Larger or unusual material — just ask.
