Payment Deposit & balance
- 50% deposit reserves your space in a load.
- Balance due at pickup, once the wood is metered and ready.
- Paid by Zelle to *(208) 000-0000 — simple, no card fees.
Pickup 48-hour window
- We text you the moment your load is done.
- Please pick up within 48 hours of that notice.
- After that, storage fees apply at *$25/day while we hold it.
Timelines How long it takes
- Softwood (1–2"): about 7–10 days in the kiln.
- Hardwood (1–2"): about 14–21 days.
- Thick slabs: longer. New loads start *every 3–4 weeks.
Capacity What we can take
- About *4,000 board feet per charge.
- Up to 4" thick, *16 ft long.
- Slabs up to *60" wide. Bigger? Just ask.
